Working with Patrice Cury was a fantastic experience. Having heard all kinds of horror stories about doing a complete gut remodeling in Florida while living in NY we had the opposite experience. Patrice organized all vendors perfectly to maximize our time spent in Florida in order to make all construction and decorating decisions in the most efficient amount of time. Patrice, when we moved to the Addison in 2011 our unit had just been totally redone by the previous owner…not necessarily to our taste, but we lived with it for five years. After seeing a few units that you had done in the building we decided in 2016 to have you gut our apartment and do a complete refurbishment and redesign. Your finished product came out amazing, clearly exceeding our most ambitious expectations. Not only is it beautifully designed and decorated, but you managed to reconfigure the unit to give us an extra full bathroom, plus an additional small bedroom…and you managed to do it all while meeting our timetable of completing the work in six months. It’s now been almost seven years, but our apartment looks just as timely and beautiful as it did the day you completed the project. The other comforting fact is whenever there is any kind of issue in the unit, regardless of how trivial it might be, you are quick to send in your team to remedy the problem. Thank you for everything you did (and continue to do) to make our apartment at the Addison something we are proud of and love sharing with our family and friends. I’m just sorry I couldn’t work out the logistics to have you come up north to help us refurbish our new home in Pennsylvania.
